Janice and Tommy Powell have deep roots in the Hampton Roads community.  Tommy was born and raised in Newport News, growing up in historic Hilton Village.  He graduated from Christopher Newport University, served in the U.S. Army, was president of Powell Furniture in Newport News for over 20 years and was most recently a private boat captain. Janice Powell was born and raised in Ontario Canada before moving to Hampton.  After a successful career in economic development and Downtown revitalization, Janice went on to pursue her creative talents as an award-winning Interior Decorator and owner of Powell Home.  During one particular decorating project, she hired Miracle Method to update the bathroom tile, tub and shower for clients who didn’t want the hassle and expense of renovating their entire bathroom.  After seeing the quality of the finished product, experiencing the professionalism of the trained technicians and saving her client 75% over the cost of replacement, she and Tommy were so impressed they decided to become members of the Miracle Method family!
